Return & Refund Policy

At AZG, we want our customers to shop with confidence.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a short explanation. After checking the issue, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, refund, or repair, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind, including if you ordered the wrong item, no longer want the product, or found it cheaper somewhere else.

Returned items must be in their original condition where possible, including packaging and accessories.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by this policy.
